Blue TiefPunkt Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to applications, software, and related services provided under the Blue TiefPunkt brand, including SeaLog, PingEdit, ReconGPS, and other Blue TiefPunkt applications.

By using a Blue TiefPunkt application, users agree to use the application responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with any applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

Users agree not to:

* Use an application for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or intentionally harmful purposes.
* Misuse, interfere with, disrupt, damage, or attempt to compromise an application or its functionality.
* Circumvent or attempt to circumvent access controls, subscription requirements, licensing mechanisms, security features, or other technical restrictions implemented within an application.
* Use an application to knowingly create, alter, represent, or submit false or misleading records, data, documentation, or certifications.
* Use an application in a manner that infringes or violates the intellectual property, privacy, contractual, or other legal rights of another person or entity.
* Use an application or its outputs in a manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, or legally binding restrictions governing the user’s activities.
* Represent or imply that Blue TiefPunkt, RMBAKER LLC, or a Blue TiefPunkt application has certified, approved, endorsed, or verified a user’s activities, records, data, interpretations, or professional work unless expressly authorized in writing.

Users remain responsible for the equipment, data, files, accounts, and third-party services they choose to use with Blue TiefPunkt applications and for ensuring that they have any permissions or rights necessary for such use.

Blue TiefPunkt and RMBAKER LLC reserve the right to restrict or discontinue access to an application or service when reasonably necessary to address material violations of this policy, protect the application or its users, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats.

This Acceptable Use Policy does not grant users any ownership interest in Blue TiefPunkt software, trademarks, content, or other intellectual property.

Blue TiefPunkt is a brand operated by RMBAKER LLC. Blue TiefPunkt applications and associated original software and content are owned and operated by RMBAKER LLC.
